Using the Wi-Fi technology, he transmits in real time the information directly on the tablet of the user. The security manager can follow all moves of his staff in real time, visualize the video-flow of his live video surveillance cameras or know the exact number of spectators that have come for the event. In case of emergency, the software allows the security manager to take quick and thoughtful decisions by giving him clear details on the problematic solutions and by simplifying communications paths.

During the scheduling phase, the existing tools don’t allow to precisely calibrate a preparation plan: In clearer terms, to know if you need 250 staff members, 267 or 323 to correctly host the public to come. Our tools allows it in a simple and efficient way.
Moreover, this software, allows to stimulate the flow of spectators in various zones, according the different phases of the events and the different scenarios related to it (Match of the French football team…), but also the various expected plans to the access point (Number of agents, time of the body-search…).
Our patent tool, will allow to optimize all needs in term of staff members according to all the configurations of the event.
To resume, setting up the application PACIFA MANAGER will allow:
• The identification of the whole circulation flow of the visitors, as the eventual problematic zones and overcrowded points.
• The optimization of the access number and of the security system at the entry of the Fan zone.
• The optimal placement of the resources (Security, reception...), according to the various phases of the event.
